All Toolguy.com orders are shipped UPS ground, 2 to 7 working days unless overnight or second day delivery is needed. If you need overnight or second day delivery, please email us at specialdelivery@toolguy.com Give us your full name, address, product purchased and delivery request in the email. We do not add any outside charges for this service, you will only be billed actual UPS or FedEx cost, which ever is lower. Because of the large volume of orders shipped daily, Toolguy.com receives special shipping rates and passes those discounts over to you.

If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply return it within 30 days in it's original packaging for a full prompt refund, please call us prior to shipping to give you an authorization number. Shortages and Claims
For shortage and damage incurred in transit, notify our customer service department immediately by calling 1-800-350-8665. Also notify delivery carrier within 48 hours and file a claim against carrier. Shortage, overages or damaged merchandise must be reported within 7 days following receipt of shipment.

Backorder Policy
All backorders, unless otherwise requested in writing, will automatically be canceled.
