If you request special shipping or reside outside of the USA, or this is an APO or Military order outside of the USA, please email us at specialdelivery@toolguy.com Give us your full name, product or products and quantities, address, and request for shipping cost in that email. We also have a fax order form that can be downloaded from our menu and faxed to us. We do not add any outside charges for this service, you will only be billed actual UPS, USPS, FedEx or DHL cost, which ever is lower. Because of the large volume of orders shipped daily, Toolguy.com receives special shipping rates and passes those discounts over to you.

Simply call us and we will rebuild the tool no charge. Shortages and Claims
For shortage and damage incurred in transit, notify our customer service department immediately by calling 1-800-350-8665. Also notify delivery carrier within 48 hours and file a claim against carrier. Shortage, overages or damaged merchandise must be reported within 7 days following receipt of shipment.

Backorder Policy
All backorders, unless otherwise requested in writing, will automatically be canceled.
